Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative records. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping. Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and general maintenance to keep the workspace efficient and well-stocked. Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, managing email communications, and supporting customer service efforts. Provide support for specialized roles such as medical or dental receptionists or personal assistants when needed to ensure seamless office operations. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management tasks including filing systems, calendar coordination, and data entry. Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse client interactions. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, proofreading techniques, and time management strategies. Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus for handling basic financial transactions.
