, Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This vital role combines office management, administrative support, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have minuim 2 years of Logistics cordinating will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will oversee a variety of functions including scheduling trucks, rate quotes, create BOL and help with office duties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced organization committed to excellence and growth. Duties Coordinate logistics for shipping material, schduling pick ups, and making BOL Help with office duties, making copies, printing, and distrinuting documents Manage office supplies inventory, filing loading documents to server, and document organization to ensure seamless access to information Proven experience in office administration or office management roles with strong clerical skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
