Entry Level Overview:

Richard Aitken Builders, a premier custom home builder on Long Beach Island, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Assistant to support our team and help elevate our brand presence. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing, design, sales, and business operations while working directly with The Director of Sales and Design and The Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content aligned with our brand Assist with proposals, client communications, and daily office operations Support marketing, advertising, and brand development initiatives Coordinate calls, scheduling, and assist with workflow priorities Assist with recruiting efforts and planning company events

Qualifications:

Highly organized, reliable, and professional Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Interest in marketing, branding, or design Social media and/or design experience
