We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:

Assist with light administrative tasks and general office support Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate agent Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups or basic communication Help maintain organization within the office and support day-to-day operations Provide general assistance to agency staff as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling phone calls and basic administrative tasks Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed No insurance license required

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) Flexible schedule Hourly pay: $15-$17 per hour
