Job Description
Administrative Support :
Provide general administrative assistance to the construction management team, including typing, filing, and managing correspondence Velvet Jobs.Documentation Management :
Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is current and accessible.Communication Facilitation :
Act as a liaison between office staff and field personnel to enhance communication and project clarity.Financial Tracking :
