Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance activities in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, executing preventive maintenance strategies, and developing a high-performing maintenance team that supports safe, efficient, and continuous operations. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned areas of the facility. Establish clear maintenance standards and hold the organization accountable to those standards. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Develop and manage daily work schedules aligned with weekly plans, production demands, and outage windows. Review and validate work order feedback to ensure accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement. Drive productivity and reliability improvements through data-driven maintenance practices. Coach, develop, and motivate a skilled maintenance workforce to achieve high performance and strong safety results. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED required, technical or secondary education in a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Strong background in industrial maintenance operations. Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems. Proven leadership ability with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills. What's in It for You Competitive base salary with bonus incentives. 11 paid company holidays annually.
