This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's administrative and clerical functions, supporting sales and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to help us deliver exceptional customer service and streamline dealership operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a fast-paced automotive environment. Duties Manage and process vehicle title documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with inventory control by maintaining organized records of vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, while maintaining proper phone etiquette Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies to keep operations running smoothly Assist the Executive Office Manager as directed with AP/AR related tasks. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in automotive repair shops, retail sales, or dealership environments is highly desirable, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages or be bilingual is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in handling inventory management and inventory control tasks Experience in sales management or outbound sales activities is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Administrative experience combined with strong organizational skills is preferred Familiarity with dealership operations such as deal management or automotive-related sales is advantageous Join us and be part of our dedicated team !

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
