Job Description

Come join Rogers Gutters and Exteriors, LLC fast growing company! We are a family owned company servicing Middle Georgia for over 10 years. You will be responsible for all levels of customer service, including greeting customers, speaking with customers, and following up with our customers on their satisfaction. As an office assistant you will assume the duty of administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues by supporting them with typing and communication with customers and contractors. Must be detail oriented, great multitasker, organized and team player. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is Preferred. Responsibilities Answer high volume phone calls and emails from customers and contractors Work one on one with Sales Team Type high volume of Proposals, Contracts and Invoices daily and with efficiency File and update contact information of employees, customers, vendors and external partners Keep up with Signed contracts and Sales Calendar File daily paperwork Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders Communicate with contractors Document expenses Proficient in QuickBooks Online Assist customers in Financing Taking Payments Skills Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism
Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
