• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries
• Manage front desk operations including operating phone systems and directing calls
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
• Support office staff as a personal assistant with various tasks
• Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Assist with dental receptionist duties if needed
• Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in front desk operations and phone etiquette
• Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
• Ability to work with computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to file and maintain records accurately
