Job Description

Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Office Assistant to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. This is not a "sit around" job — you will be trusted with real responsibilities that matter. If you are highly organized, comfortable with computers, and take pride in accuracy and follow-through, this could be a good fit. Core Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders Data entry and document organization Basic bookkeeping support and invoice tracking Email and phone communication Filing (digital and physical) To-do list management and follow-up General office support tasks Required Skills Comfortable using computers all day Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a must Able to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Reliable and punctual High attention to detail Preferred (but not required) Experience with scheduling software or task management apps Basic understanding of invoices/expenses Prior office or admin experience This job is NOT for you if: You struggle with technology You need constant supervision You frequently miss deadlines You dislike organized systems and checklists You are looking for a low-effort position To Apply (Important) Reply with: A short paragraph about your prior office or computer experience Your strongest software skills Your typical weekly availability Applications without this information may not be considered.
