JOB SUMMARY
General duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to, filling out forms, filing, typing and answering phones. Must demonstrate initiative and have the ability to perform duties effectively while under pressure. Knowledge of computers and software is required.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
Will ensure that all data/case management related documents are submitted appropriately and filed in a secure location. Will assist the Nutrition Director and Data Entry Clerks with the preparation and copies of reports related to the department. Work in conjunction with the Department Director to ensure that computerized referrals and client intakes are being processed properly. Prepare reimbursement request reports for the Community Development Block Grant Program. Collect end of the month mileage and volunteer hour reports submitted by the Centers'. Attends and represents the Department at events as assigned. Assist in preparing funding applications, PowerPoint presentations and other related supporting data. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor
REQUIRED EDUCATION, DEGREES, CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record and must obtain current automobile liability insurance.
