Office Manager Alpa Pools & Spas North Haledon, NJ Job Details Full-time $23 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Administrative experience Construction Clerical experience Office management Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Office Manager — Swimming Pool Company Alpa Pools & Spas is looking to hire a full-time Office Manager to help run the daily office operations of our swimming pool service, retail, repair, and renovation business. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to customer emails, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with field crews, assisting with estimates and invoices, organizing customer information, following up on open requests, and helping support our retail store operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal business. Prior office, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience in the swimming pool, construction, service, landscaping, or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and responding to emails Scheduling service calls, openings, closings, repairs, and inspections Coordinating with service crews and management Assisting with estimates, invoices, and billing follow-up Updating customer files, work orders, and service notes Supporting retail store customers when needed Tracking customer requests and making sure open items are completed We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and professional who can help keep the office running smoothly and provide excellent customer service.
