  • Full-time Overview As an Office Manager you will perform all administrative duties for a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers Commercial Tire Center.
Responsibilities will include the following, but will not be limited to: Billing, credit and collection Handling location purchase orders Ensuring inventory is secured, stored and only accessible to the associates in accordance with company guidelines Maintaining work flow and organization to ensure maximum productivity Assisting in maintenance of personnel records in compliance with federal and state regulations, company policy and OSHA regulations and safety requirements Filing and other administrative duties Reviewing daily sales reports any significant changes in gross profits, inventories and potential bad debt losses Maintaining control of all center assets and inventory Providing "Service Excellence
  • Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of customers Answering telephones to talk to internal and external customers Opening and closing work orders Quoting tire prices, including trade-ins, accurately Sell the complete G3 Line including auto, light truck, medium truck, heavy truck, farm, specialty tires and retreads.
Sell the full-service concept offered by the Commercial Centers to the commercial customer, including alignments and other services, Wing-fil and rim & amp, and wheel services. Service walk-in customers by communicating necessary information to facilitate sales. Use proper billing procedures and credit approval procedures. Answer and/or direct all phone inquiries in a professional manner. Duties Oversee all front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer support with professional phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, handle data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record-keeping Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities Facilitate office management functions including supply ordering, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting clients or patients in person or via phone Support administrative projects that enhance office productivity and streamline daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Background in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in customer service or Commercial tire sales roles is a plus Join us as an Office Manager and become a key contributor to our vibrant team!
