Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, Estimating Coordinator that can handle office operations, financials, AND perform material takeoffs from blueprints. This is a key role in our company and requires someone who understands both the administrative and estimating side of construction.
salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilities Manage bookkeeping using Quickbooks (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations) Prepare and assist with AIA billing Perform accurate material takeoffs from blueprints and floor lans (REQUIRED) Work with estimating software (experience with Callidus or similar is a plus) Communicate with vendors, clients, and project managers Track job progress and assist with project documentation Maintain organized records and office systems Coordinate calendar management and schedule client appointments Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and assisting with project documentation Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette SkillsMicrosoft OfficeDecision MakingAnswering PhonesOrganizationPrioritizingflooringWritten CommunicationProblem SolvingQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
