Print Production Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Print Production Associate , where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality custom stickers, labels, and printed materials using advanced digital and wide-format printing equipment. This hands-on position involves operating Roland roll-to-roll printers and Xerox digital presses , along with managing finishing, cutting, packaging, and shipping. You'll be responsible for turning digital files into finished products with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Duties Operate and maintain Roland roll-to-roll wide-format printers and Xerox digital printing equipment Prepare and process print files for production, ensuring proper sizing, resolution, and color accuracy Perform print setup, job loading, and production runs for sticker and label orders Execute cutting and finishing processes , including trimming, contour cutting, laminating, and sheet finishing Conduct quality control checks throughout production to ensure color accuracy, alignment, and print consistency Handle material preparation and inventory usage , including vinyl, sticker stock, and specialty substrates Package completed orders carefully for shipping and customer delivery Maintain a clean and organized production area to ensure workflow efficiency Perform basic equipment maintenance and report technical issues when needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines and customer expectations Update job status and production tracking in ShopVOX CRM (as needed) Experience Previous experience in digital printing, sticker production, or wide-format printing is strongly preferred Familiarity with Roland printers, Xerox production printers, or similar equipment is a plus Basic understanding of print file preparation, layout, and color accuracy Experience with cutting and finishing equipment (plotters, trimmers, laminators) preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced production environment Basic understanding of packaging and shipping procedures Familiarity with ShopVOX CRM is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to different production tasks as needed

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
