About Lynbrook Glass Lynbrook Glass specializes in architectural glass and metal solutions, delivering innovative designs and high-quality installations that blend aesthetics and functionality. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of architectural craftsmanship. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions across multiple departments. This role is responsible for contract and insurance administration, accounts payable support, document management, reception coverage, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with regular interaction across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration and maintain related documentation and records Assist with insurance administration and related correspondence Support Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing and document tracking Scan, organize, file, and maintain sales and contract documentation Coordinate inter-departmental administrative workflows and paperwork distribution Serve as primary reception and front-office support Answer and direct incoming phone calls and visitors professionally Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office correspondence Maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate general office needs Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative projects as needed Provide general clerical and operational support to management and staff Qualifications Previous office administration, office management, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting accounting or Accounts Payable functions Experience with contract administration or insurance-related documentation Experience in a manufacturing, construction, industrial, or service-based business environment is a plus Lynbrook Glass and Architectural Metals is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
