Job Description

Business Office Manager Roseburg Saw & Tool, LLC / California Saw & Knife Works, LLC Sutherlin, Oregon Reports to : CEO Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager to manage accounting, administrative, and operational functions within our manufacturing business. This position plays a key role in keeping daily office operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise experience, general bookkeeping and accounting support knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while also supporting a small team environment. Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Create and distribute customer invoices
  • Apply customer payments and monitor outstanding balances
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
  • Maintain accurate records within QuickBooks
  • Manage month-end closing activities and reporting
  • Maintain organized financial and business files electronically
  • Assist with other administrative records
  • Answer phones and assist customers, vendors, and visitors professionally
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Assist leadership with scheduling, communication, and follow-up tasks
  • Support onboarding paperwork and general HR administration
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Office Administration, or related field preferred — OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong QuickBooks experience required (QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise preferred)
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manufacturing office experience preferred
Compensation Range Pay Range:
$25.00-30.00 per hour DOE Higher end of compensation may be considered for candidates with advanced QuickBooks, manufacturing accounting, purchasing, or supervisory experience. Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm Ideal Candidate
