Office Manager Opportunities - Multiple Openings | $70K - $80K Ready to bring your office management, accounting, HR, and administrative experience to a company that truly values versatility and leadership Multiple companies throughout Connecticut are hiring experienced Office Managers to oversee day-to-day operations and support growing teams. Openings available in Middlesex County, Litchfield County, and Fairfield County — commutable from Hartford, Waterbury, Middletown, Bristol, Danbury, Shelton, and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Support HR activities including onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination Handle accounting duties including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll processing, and reporting Work closely with leadership teams on operations, customer service, and office workflow Coordinate schedules, vendor communication, and office support staff Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential information What We're Looking For Prior Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Business Manager experience Strong background in accounting and administrative support HR and payroll knowledge highly preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and leadership skills Experience within manufacturing, service, nonprofit, or small business environments is a plus Highlights Direct hire and contract-to-hire opportunities Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience and position Diverse responsibilities with opportunities to make an impact Stable, professional work environments Multiple locations throughout Connecticut If you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.
