Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, and qualified Office Manager to manage our office for our family business, Strand Excavating, Inc.
Required Skills:
  • Full Charge Bookkeeping
  • Job Costing
  • Payment and Filing of Payroll Related Taxes to various entities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic Capabilities in Excel
  • Understanding of Filings Systems
  • Must be comfortable with
Google Workspace/Google Drive Job Scope:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Maintaining Digital and paper Filing Systems
  • Payroll/HR
  • AP/AR
  • DOT Related record Keeping
  • Entry of Corporate Minutes
  • Create and Maintain Job Folders
  • Maintain Job Board
  • Schedule Dig Tess's
  • Coordinate with Vendors, customers, and subcontractors
  • Manage Insurance Policies and Drug and Alcohol Testing
  • Make sure all vehicles are registered
  • Pay:
    $18.00
  • $22.
00 per hour
