Job Description
SUMMARY The Team Leader serves as the leader and coach of the dental office. Embrace "Fish Philosophy": Play, Make Their Day, Be There, Choose Your Attitude, Commit It, Be It, Coach It.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Practices Provide leadership and support for all employees and dentists in the clinic Oversee daily operations of the dental office by managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals Manage patient relations, team productivity, collections and receivables, office goals, and miscellaneous operations expenses Oversee employee hours to not supersede 40 hours in a work week/Process payroll bi-weekly Administrative tasks such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, and staff payroll/bonus Front desk duties to include/not limited to: scheduling appointments, treatment plans-fabrication, presentation and closing, recall program, reinstatement program Lead morning huddle Utilization of Dental Intel Software for all management practices of the dental office Maintain a professional work environment Problem solving with solution based results Exceptional communication/customer service skills Focus on building relationships with patients and team members Stimulate new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs. Computer Literacy Morning Huddle Prepare for the day through the morning huddle and assist in the following as necessary: Organize the next day's charts Attach routers, review financial arrangements, concerns Discuss needed appointments, concerns for the day, thought for the day, celebrations for the day, open time in the schedule, crunch time, and other important information that will enable the day to go smoothly. Customer Service and Patient Contact Establish strong and healthy rapport with patients and communicate with patients in an understandable and professional way Present procedures and our office with enthusiasm Make each visit a pleasant one for the patient Confirm patient's experience in office was pleasant; facilitate rectifying issues/situations that arise Reporting and Collections Approve Denticon day sheets before end of day. Verify all deposits/transactions Deposit cash in the bank by end of day Perform tracking of daily production/collection; communicate with staff daily in reference to goals and provide strategy for remaining working days of month to achieve goal. Appointments and Recall Assist in or make next appointment for patient before patient leaves the office Call patients who are 10 minutes late or more, call no-shows, reschedule patients if possible Manage schedule daily; Actively print/govern reports for recall/treatment reinstatement; delegate to employees to achieve results Manage/govern patients in the schedule—in need of recall/treatment Other Duties Participate in community awareness events and activities Participate in continuing education Be an active participant in staff meetings Promote team concept by interacting with others in the office Actively assist all members of the staff when assistance is needed Records Management See that records are securely stored and handled in compliance with legal requirements, including HIPPA privacy and security regulations if applicable Accurately record medical and dental historiesQUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Previous dental management experience Computer literacy (Denticon Preferred) Competencies Demonstrates effective verbal skills to communicate with patients, staff and management Has a genuine interest in working with and helping patients Supports organization's objectives and customer service policies Prioritizes and balances the needs of patients and the needs of the organization Is well presented, polite, tactful and friendly Is flexible, decisive and quick-thinking Is patient, calm and able to handle complaints and difficult situations effectively Demonstrates PC aptitudeJob Type:
