Office Practice Manager

Practice Manager opportunity available with a growing multi-location medical practice! A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a skilled healthcare management professional with experience leading staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing practice financials in a busy medical environment. Ophthalmology or optometry practice experience is highly preferred. This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers a starting pay rate of $30/hour and the chance to work with an established, patient-focused organization serving multiple locations throughout Eastern Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple practice locations Manage and support office and clinical staff Ensure teams provide an excellent patient experience across all locations Monitor scheduling, workflow, and patient service standards Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and operational performance Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications:
