Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Assist with office management duties as needed
  • Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
