Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
