Office staff for houseplant nursery

The Green Escape tropical foliage nursery is looking for an employee with strong interpersonal skills to work in the office of our commercial nursery as a customer service representative. Job would entail answering messages and assisting the packing warehouse with any logistical issues that may arise with outgoing shipments. strong computer, keyboard, and customer service skills are required as you will be dealing directly with employees and customers each day . Other responsibilities would include inputting listings on our various on line platforms. During the training time and until proficiency is achieved the pay is $16/ hour. Once 20 messages an hour, 20 certificates an hour and pick list and labels procedure is learned then the pay will jump to $18/ hour. Work hours are typically 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We currently have 30 employees and there is room for upward movement/growth in our company as we are growing every day!
