• Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee the maintenance operations of residential communities.

This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure that all apartment facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and comfort. You will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple apartment communities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and upkeep. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, low voltage systems, and industrial maintenance tasks with precision and safety compliance. Read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage systems, and electrical components. Manage facilities management projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory to support efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Requirements Proven supervisory experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with strong leadership skills. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage wiring—and HVAC systems. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and preventative maintenance planning. Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams; experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams and liaise with vendors or contractors. Knowledge of safety protocols related to high voltage systems, electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters, and industrial manufacturing standards. Demonstrated supervising experience in a maintenance or facilities environment; leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and accountability.
