You'll be responsible for: Assist customers with completing in-person FCP applications. Assist the Financial Coach (FC) with preparing for orientations/workshops. Review FamCare applications. Return/answer telephone calls and provide program/case information. Assists FC with special projects (e.g R.I.S.E) Input statistical information on spreadsheets.

Qualification:

Strong Excel proficiency (must be able to complete an excercise). Previous administrative experience. Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
