  • Long-term Adecco is currently assisting a client in Cheyenne, WY for an Office Support Specialist. This is a long-term job opportunity, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The position does require Office Support experience with strong software programs. If you feel you qualify please apply now.
  • Position Overview
  • The Office Support Specialist provides advanced administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate daily operations within the Cheyenne office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining positive working relationships with staff and the public.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Perform advanced administrative and clerical tasks in alignment with agency policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Operate office equipment including phones, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and related technology. + Use computer applications including databases, spreadsheets, word processing software, and email systems. + Interpret legal land descriptions, maps, decrees, and technical documentation. + Maintain accurate and organized records; take clear and detailed notes. + Provide customer service by assessing needs and offering appropriate guidance. + Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical boundaries. + Demonstrate integrity, fairness, and professionalism in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. + Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Knowledge of:
  • + Agency policies, procedures, and office practices + Legal and ethical requirements relevant to the position
  • Skill in:
  • + Oral and written communication + Interpersonal relations and customer service + Organization, planning, and time management + Attention to detail and accuracy + Operating office machines and computer applications + Note taking and documentation + Reading and interpreting legal land descriptions, maps, and related technical information
  • Ability to:
  • + Work independently and follow established policies and guidelines + Build and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and the public + Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate support
  • Pay Details:
  • $22.
