Job Description

Team Leader Keller Williams Capital in Coral Gables is looking for a motivated and growth-focused Team Leader with recruiting, real estate, and leadership experience to help support agent growth, office development, and training initiatives within a collaborative real estate environment. This is a strong fit for someone who thrives in coaching others, building relationships, and helping agents create stronger consistency and momentum in their business. You will work closely with agents throughout different stages of growth while supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding, training, accountability, and productivity conversations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can lead with professionalism, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help create a positive and growth-driven office culture. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, mentorship, and helping agents improve through coaching, structure, and daily interaction. Responsibilities:
Support recruiting efforts through relationship building, outreach, and follow-up Conduct career conversations and help introduce agents to office systems and opportunities Assist with onboarding and integration of new agents into the office environment Help coordinate coaching, training, and productivity initiatives Support agent accountability, goal setting, and business growth conversations Maintain communication with agents regarding office resources, events, and training opportunities Collaborate with leadership to support office culture and agent engagement Assist with planning meetings, trainings, and office growth initiatives Help agents stay connected to systems, tools, and productivity resources Build relationships with agents and help create a collaborative office atmosphere
Qualifications:
Recruiting, leadership, or real estate experience preferred Coaching, mentoring, or training experience strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lead conversations with professionalism and confidence Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to help create accountability and support agent development Real estate license preferred Comfortable working within a fast-paced real estate office environment About Company We are part of the Keller Williams Capital Realty office in the Miami area, focused on helping motivated real estate agents grow within the luxury market.
