Job Description

Minutemen Direct is recruiting an hourly Escrow Service Manager for a Property Management company. The incumbent will have the responsibility to perform various day-to-day activities handling all administrative functions related to the sale of units. There will be significant interaction with homeowners, Board members, banks, title companies, and realtors. The position will report to our Director of Operations and will work closely with our office staff and community association managers. Pay is $52,000.00 to start and hours are 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Take direction from the Director of Operations. Duties will include handling all functions involved with the sale and transfer of condo units and homes, etc. Answer phone calls, return emails, and provide customer service to the callers (includes owners, title companies, realtors, appraisers, etc.) by answering their questions about payments and all facets of unit sales. Help maintain accurate owner databases for Associations. Maintain MLS records of "for sale" units and handle all move-ins and move-outs, including sending welcome packages to all new owners. Handle closing paperwork on sales and procession of welcome information for new owners. Work directly with HomeWiseDocs and keep their database uploaded with all required association files. Provide registration and minute-taking at Association Annual Meetings when requested and when your personal schedule permits. (This is a voluntary evening activity and is compensated by the Association on a per meeting basis.) Maintain and enhance professional and administrative skills through ongoing seminars, training programs and continuing education courses.
