We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support our manufacturing and facility operations by maintaining dependable HVAC, refrigeration, and cooling systems essential to production efficiency, safety, and uptime. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who values preventive maintenance, accurate diagnostics, and reliable system performance in industrial and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to optimize system performance, efficiency, and longevity Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and complete timely repairs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Maintain accurate maintenance, service, and compliance records Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and outside contractors as needed Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
