  • Work independently and enjoy work-life balance As an On-Call Hospice RN, here's what you'll do: Respond promptly and professionally to after-hours calls and patient visits Provide expert pain and symptom management in accordance with individualized care plans Support families and caregivers with compassion, education, and reassurance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards A few must-haves for
On-Call Hospice RNs:
Current RN license in the state of Louisiana Minimum of 1-2 years of hospice experience Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a home setting Compassionate approach to end-of-life care and support for families CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
