Onboarding Specialist (Contract - 12 Weeks) ???? Paramus, NJ Looking to grow your HR career in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support recruitment and employee onboarding efforts. ????

Schedule:

Day Shift (5x8 Hours) | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ????

Location:

Paramus, NJ 07652 ????

Pay Rate:

$20 - $24/hour ????

Duration:

12-week contract ???? Position Summary You'll act as the first point of contact for HR-welcoming new hires, applicants, and visitors-while coordinating onboarding and supporting recruitment activities across the organization. ???? Requirements

• High School Diploma (Associate's preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of administrative/office support experience ???? Key Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
