Salary Range:
Associate-Level License (e.g., LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LDADC): $55,000 - $61,875 per year Independent-Level License (e.g., LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 - $73,125 per year Job Summary The Outpatient (OP) Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy services to transition-aged youth in a hybrid outpatient and school-based setting. This role maintains a clinical caseload, completes required assessments and documentation, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and delivers high-quality, ethical behavioral health services to consumers ages 16-25. Educational & Licensure Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Nursing. Associate-level or Independent licensure required (or in the process of obtaining licensure). Compliance with all supervision requirements of the respective licensure board. If a Registered Nurse (RN), must hold Psychiatric Mental Health accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Special Experience / Qualifications Clinical knowledge and experience working with transition-aged youth. Comfort and competency providing services to individuals ages 16-25. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain an active outpatient caseload and provide therapeutic services. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including: Diagnostic Screening Assessment Health Assessment (initial and annual) Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual) Treatment Plan Treatment/Service Plan Reviews Continuing Care documentation Termination Summaries Participate in scheduled staffings, case conferences, and clinical consultations. Collaborate with internal teams and school-based partners to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to all agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform all other duties as outlined in the current job description. Skills & Knowledge Demonstrated competency using computers and electronic health record systems.
