In addition to groceries and other convenience items, we have a full kitchen serving breakfast, hot/cold subs, pizza and fried foods. Job Overview This is an early morning opener position (5AM start) responsible for getting the store prepared and running for the day across multiple areas of the business. This role also requires leadership during the shift, helping keep things on track, and making decisions. Responsibilities Open and prepare all areas of the store for daily operations Provide and oversee quick and friendly customer service Handle register, food prep, and orders Lead and supervise the morning team in multiple areas (store, kitchen, etc...) Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized Stay efficient and focused during busy and slow times Success in This Role Some weekend availabilty Reliability is a must Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to multi-task and stay focused under pressure Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Team player with leadership skills and good communication Ensure safety, quality and timely operations
