Operation Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, enhance customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and stock management. Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions. Assist in employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable team. Supervise payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the assistant manager to implement marketing strategies that drive sales. Maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects our commitment to quality. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with inventory management systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Experience in employee training and development is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
