$30 per hour Job Summary Operations is a dynamic and multi-faceted division that partners with various areas of the firm to deliver asset management, banking, and financial services capabilities to clients globally. The team also plays a critical role in risk management and operational controls to safeguard the firm's assets and reputation. The administers the firm's Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and supports charitable giving initiatives for clients. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records for charitable funds, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational policies. Key Responsibilities Review and approve client requests ensuring proper authorizations, documentation, and adherence to policy requirements. Perform daily reconciliations of transactions related to Donor Advised Funds and charitable entities to ensure accuracy of financial records. Monitor bank accounts and cash activities to identify discrepancies or potential fraudulent activity. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational and financial reports. Assist with preparation of regulatory filings and reports such as Form 990, Form 8282, and FBAR , as well as financial statements. Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Coordinate and process operational tasks and support business-specific activities. Work across multiple systems and platforms to manage data and reporting activities. Collaborate with internal teams including Trading, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Controllers, and Private Wealth Advisors. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and helping implement automation or system enhancements. Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation for finance and accounting processes. Escalate unusual or suspicious activities as appropriate in accordance with firm policies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations, finance, accounting, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel . Preferred Qualifications Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset. Strong client service orientation with experience in client interaction or outreach. Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
