The position (K0235271)Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Assesses and manages the Clearinghouse contractor's operational performance by monitoring and measuring key outcomes to SLAs. Analyze daily operational reports for accuracy and completeness and to identify areas at risk or areas of non- compliance. Analyze detected deficiencies to identify root cause. Gather relevant information to clearly communicate to management the results of the evaluations and proposed next steps. Participate in weekly operational meetings. Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Oversees the development of mitigation strategies to resolve the issues. Evaluate the proposed strategies for reasonableness and effectiveness pre and post implementation. Oversees the development of detailed implementation plans that include development of matrices to measure success, and the overall impact of the mitigation on the problem. QualificationsEducation:

Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the StateMinimum Qualifications:
One year experience in planning, implementing and monitoring activities relevant to the agency's programs. Education may be submitted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. Minimum of 6 months of experience in KanCare eligibilityPreferred Qualifications:
Four years' experience in any area of study Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Proofreading, editing, attention to detail Independent Judgement Advanced problem solving and analytical skills Analyze data and present clearly and concisely Communicate effectively Organizational skills- follow up Ability to prioritize work One year of experience in planning, implementing and monitoring activities relevant to the agency'sPost-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements:
