Summary:

The Operations Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between customers and delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive order reviews prior to delivery Proactively contact customers 24 hours before scheduled delivery to confirm delivery windows and customer availability Verify order accuracy and address potential delivery issues before they occur

Secondary Functions:

Perform routing duties as needed Manage and resolve customer cases within Salesforce Provide backup support to current routing team members Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

This position is located in an active industrial distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
