Operations & Customer Service Support

Fast paced Global Logistics Transportation company is looking to hire Operations & Customer Service Support Rep's to support various divisions of the company working.

• Background check will be ran upon a conditional offer
• Knowledge of transportation software (preferably McLeod and Samsara)

REQUIRED

Trucking experience, tracking & tracing shipments from logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution OR come from Logistics Brokerage.

HOURS:

6am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday's

JOB DESCRIPTION/SKILLS

• Tracking and tracing of shipments is needed in order to be successful in this role
• Familiar with OTR (over the road) truck transportation
• Responds to customers in a proactive manner via email and phone
• Knowledge of transportation software (preferably McLeod and Samsara)
• Reliable and self motivated
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask
• Organized and have the ability to solve problems
