We are a women-founded company with an all-women team, and we are proud of the culture that reflects. We operate in Los Angeles with a mobile unit launching this year and additional locations in development, including New York City later this year. We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Operations Manager to own the day-to-day across our Los Angeles locations and mobile unit. This role starts at 20 hours per week and we hope to grow it into a full-time position as we expand. You are the person who notices what is slipping before anyone else does, fixes it, and communicates clearly. You are comfortable in a clinical environment, good with people, and can move between patient experience, vendor coordination, community outreach, and event support without losing the thread. •Please include a cover letter sharing why you would be a good fit for this role.• Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at West Hollywood and Beverly Hills locations, ensuring the physical environment, scheduling flow, and patient experience meet BeSound's standards Serve as the first point of contact for facility issues, vendor coordination, and day-to-day logistics Support logistics and on-site coordination for the mobile unit as it launches and scales Be present and proactive about how patients move through the space, escalating anything that affects experience or safety Attend and support BeSound events, pop-ups, and community activations Represent BeSound in conversations with local businesses, wellness studios, and community partners Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and site-level coordination Requirements 3 or more years in operations, office management, or practice management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting Comfortable in a fast-moving, women-led environment where the scope shifts and you adapt Strong communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to escalate and report clearly Based in Los Angeles and available across multiple sites Medical or breast health background is a plus, not a requirement Familiarity with Square, DrChrono, or similar scheduling and EHR platforms is a plus
