Operations & Field Support

Operations & Field Support Shore Industries is growing, and we are looking for adaptable, driven, high-accountability people who want to grow with it. This is not a highly specialized "stay in your lane" type of role. This is a role for people who are willing to step in where needed, solve problems, support the team, and help move projects forward however they can. One day you may be assisting in the warehouse, loading materials, organizing inventory, helping prep a job, or supporting production. Another day you may be traveling with a field crew, assisting with installations, coordinating logistics, or helping solve problems on-site. Some days will be long. Some projects will require travel. Some situations will require flexibility, urgency, and adaptability. That is the reality of building a growing company. We are not looking for people who need constant direction, avoid responsibility, or only want to perform the minimum requirements of a job description. You may be:

Assisting with field installations Preparing materials and equipment Organizing inventory and deliveries Supporting production operations Traveling to job sites Helping coordinate projects Maintaining equipment and vehicles Solving operational issues before they become larger problems We value people who notice problems and take initiative instead of walking past them.
