This role provides leadership for our customer-facing associates and branch functions. • Des Moines, IA Schedule | Flexible start/end times between 7 a.

m. and 5 p.m Responsibilities Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operation results Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success Handle inventory control in our warehouse Interact with vendors to coordinate inventory returns Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered 2+ years management / leadership experience coupled with handling inventory / operational tasks preferred. 1

• 3 years sales experience is preferred Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is recommended Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team A confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications Ability to handle stress Team player with good attitude Understands importance of customer service Willingness to help in other areas, besides operations, when needed At Ferguson, we care for each other.

• Pay Range:

• $4,124.70
• $9,075.00
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
