Position Location This position is located in Sterling, Virginia. Job Overview This position supports the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Administration, Domestic Operations and Emergency Services, Real Property, and Facility Management Services.

Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Oversees the facilities maintenance in support of the US Department of State, Bureau of Administration, Domestic Operations and Emergency Services, Real Property, and Facility Maintenance Services. Uses all resources, including tools,materials, parts, and other materials, to meet the overall requirements of the contract. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Mandatory:

Associate's Degree in related discipline or equivalent school training. Fifteen (15) years' exerpience related to O&M support services and/or Facilities Management, with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in providing such services to large facilities or operations. Certifications related to O&M support services and/or Facilities Management. Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance. Must be able to read and speak English language.

Preferred:

Experience with Maximo.
