Job Description

The Operations Supervisor plays a key mid-level leadership role in helping oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hotel, with hands-on support in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Maintenance department. This individual ensures operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team alignment with Hilton Garden Inn service standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Housekeeping:
Support and supervise housekeeping staff during peak hours or staffing shortages Perform room inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are maintained Assist with scheduling, training, and quality control Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Food & Beverage:
Oversee breakfast and evening service periods, ensuring high-quality guest experiences Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed Assist with inventory control, ordering, and F&B team support Step in during peak periods to support kitchen or service staff
Maintenance:
Conduct regular property walk-throughs and identify maintenance needs Coordinate work orders and follow up on timely resolution of issues Support minor repairs and preventive maintenance efforts when necessary Work closely with the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Technician to ensure safety and equipment upkeep
General Operations:
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled Respond to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly Monitor labor and operational efficiency Foster a positive work environment and support team morale
Qualifications:
2+ years of hotel Front Desk Supervisor experience Strong understanding of Housekeeping, F&B, and Facilities operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and lead by example Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays Hilton brand experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and work in various indoor/outdoor settings

$70,304.00 - $75,000.00 per year
