Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of daily morning show activities to ensure timely and engaging content delivery Host live broadcasts with enthusiasm, clarity, and professionalism, captivating listeners from start to finish Oversee all aspects of show production, including scripting, editing, post-production, and integrating multimedia elements using tools like Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop Manage social media channels by creating compelling posts, engaging with followers, and promoting upcoming segments to expand audience reach Supervise a team of producers, editors, and technical staff to maintain high-quality standards and foster a collaborative work environment Interpret audience feedback and analytics to refine content strategies and improve overall show performance Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal broadcast quality Requirements Proven experience in broadcasting or media production with strong editing, video production, and post-production skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences in bilingual settings if applicable Strong writing skills for scripting segments, social media content, and technical documentation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) along with social media management tools Knowledge of journalism principles, interpretation skills for news or entertainment content, and technical writing expertise Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines Experience in video editing, translation services, and social media strategy development is highly desirable Join us in shaping vibrant morning conversations that inform, entertain, and inspire!
