Known for curated collections and exceptional service, we operate two locations-Beginnings Boutique and Beginnings Bleus. Role Overview We're seeking a full-time, on-site Operations/Store Manager in Training (Retail) for our Armonk and Scarsdale locations. This is an entry-level to intermediate role designed for growth. You'll be trained over time and work closely with our current store manager, gradually taking on more responsibility as you learn the business. As the role evolves, it becomes highly hands-on-focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring the store is always customer-ready. Key Responsibilities Support and eventually oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor leadership Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance Deliver high-touch customer service and handle escalations Support buying, inventory control, and vendor relationships Review sales and performance reports Assist with visual merchandising, events, and store systems Handle administrative and operational needs as they arise Qualifications Retail management or operations experience preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Passion for fashion and personalized customer service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Schedule & Requirements Full-time with weekend availability Travel between Scarsdale and Armonk required Training provided How to
