Position Details:

Day Shift:

4 days per week (

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri Hours:

8:30am to 7pm) No CALL NO weekends Operate C-Arms and O-Arms in the operating room Use portable x-ray machines to obtain films for intraops or closures in the operating room Occasionally use Radlink in the operating room & assist in providing coverage to Portable x-ray team and/or ED x-ray team when needed Advanced Modality Technologists Pay Offer cross training in MSK special procedures and Cardiac Cath Lab (if interested) Warm & welcoming team of technologists

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in related field Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography R.T.(R)

Experience:

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. Responsibilities Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
