PM Key Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Previous experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting Competency in perioperative nursing, including scrub and circulating techniques Current BLS and ACLS certifications (if required by state regulation) Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure or emergent situations

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care throughout the surgical experience, from pre-operative assessment to intraoperative assistance and post-anesthesia recovery Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety protocols Document all aspects of patient care accurately in electronic health records Maintain and track OR instruments, equipment, and supplies Advocate for the well-being and safety of every patient under your care Participate in surgical team briefings and debriefings as required
