Order Filler

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Filler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate is physically capable, familiar with warehouse operations, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment. Your attention to detail and ability to package customer orders will help keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Be able to read customer orders to fulfill products. Blend, flavor, and grind products per customer specifications. Ability to hand label customer products. Use foot pedal heat sealers. Weigh and hand fill products. Ability to record product information on quality forms and on excel spreadsheets. Ability to open documents on computer such as customer specification sheets. Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. Be mindful of and adhere to GMP's, Quality, and Food Safety requirements. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve overall warehouse distribution. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred. Consistent and punctual attendance. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting items 5-40 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand or walk for long prolonged periods. Strong attention to detail for picking & packing orders accurately and conducting quality control checks. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
