AB_4942481 $20/hour Union City, CA Monday-Friday, some mandatory OT on Sundays Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically active Inventory & Order Processing Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that products are accurately tracked, packaged, and shipped to our customers on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical skills to navigate shipping software and inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping High-Volume Processing:

Prepare and process approximately 150 orders per day to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Packing & Preparation:

Securely pack boxes and ensure all stock is correctly marked and labeled for transit.

Logistics Systems:

Utilize computer systems to arrange shipping via UPS and FedEx platforms.

Inventory Management Reporting:

Create and maintain detailed inventory reports to ensure data accuracy.

Cycle Counting:

Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.

Stock Organization:

Sort incoming items according to organizational standards and assist in unloading trucks and checking in new products.

Warehouse Maintenance Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Quality Control:

Inspect products during the sorting and packing process for any damage or discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects ranging from 10 lbs to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using computers for shipping software and inventory data entry.

Efficiency:

Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks (100+ orders daily) without sacrificing accuracy.

Reliability:

strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
