Duties Help This position is loced in an Air Nional Guard, Comb Air Force (CAF) Wing, Maintenance Group, Maintenance Squadron, Munitions Flight. The purpose of this position is to provide munitions supervision in one or more of the three functional sections to support the ste and designed agencies and perform associed nonsupervisory work. Perform Munitions Accountable Systems Officer (MASO) deleged duties in the absence of the MASO. Requirements Help Conditions of employment This is an T32 excepted service position th requires membership in a compible military assignment in the employing ste's Nional Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement, required prior to the effective de of placement. E5-E7 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

: Experience or training which demonstres th the candide has the ability to organize assignments for subordines, estime merial and manpower needed for specific jobs; able to explain manuals and work procedures; and to prepare production records, work records and reports.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: To be red qualified for this position your resume must show definitively least 36 months experience in the following - - In addition to the journeyman level knowledge, experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines. Experience th provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function. Experience which demonstres the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes.
